High pressure and output to meet today’s high demand job sites. On today’s complex building sites, concrete needs to be pumped further, higher and faster than ever before and a high-pressure line pump is the right solution when it comes to pumping in extreme conditions.
SCP has a broad range of high pressure line pumps to choose from to ensure SCP meets the significant demands of your next project. We would be pleased to further discuss the advantages of a high pressure line pump and provide the right high pressure line pump solution for your next project.
High Pressure Line Pump Options
High pressure line pumps
High pressure line pumps provide powerful performance to facilitate concrete pumping in extreme conditions over a wide variety of applications such as high rise buildings, long-distance concrete pumping, tunnel construction and other specialty jobs. High pressure line pumps are capable of pumping concrete several hundred metres high and distances over several hundred kilometres long. High pressure concrete pumps provide smooth pumping performance, require a small setup area and are available with electric and diesel motors.
SCP will calculate what type of concrete pump is required based on the concrete specifications and taking into consideration the horizontal distance, vertical distance, number of pipeline connections, number of pipeline bends and output required. SCP will also consider the space available on site including height, length and width available to permanently fix the concrete pump on site for the duration of the project. SCP has a wide range of both diesel powered and electrical powered high-pressure line pumps and will collaborate with you to determine which pump is suited best for your project.
Mobile High Pressure Line Pumps
If there is limited space on site to permanently install a high pressure line pump on site, particularly during the start of the project or while your job is still below the ground, SCP can provide mobile high pressure line pump options. A mobile high pressure line pump will connect to the pipeline system and leave site once the pour is finished, freeing up valuable space on congested job sites until such time that there is sufficient room on site to permanently install a high pressure line pump on site.
