SCP offers a complete range of mobile concrete pumps for servicing a broad spectrum of concrete pumping applications and sites.
With a fleet of over 100 mobile concrete pumps nationally, ranging in sizes from 17 metre to 61 metre boom pumps, low volume and high-pressure line pumps and equipped with pump kits ranging in theoretical outputs from 50m3 to 200m3 per hour, SCP can provide the most effective and efficient mobile concrete pumping solution available in the market.
Mobile Concrete Pump Options
Mobile Concrete Line Pump
- Mobile concrete line pumps are typically used for small pours, where there are space restrictions on site, overhead obstructions on site that prevents a mobile concrete boom pump from setting up, or where it is not economical to use a mobile concrete boom pump
- A mobile concrete line pump is a concrete pump that pumps concrete through a combination of concrete material delivery pipes or hoses and are attached to the concrete pump, typically arranged on the ground to pump concrete to the pouring location
- A mobile line pump can be configured as a rigid truck unit with the pump mounted on the back of the truck or by a truck and trailer configuration
- The pump is controlled by the Concrete Pump Operator with a radio remote control and the Line Hand manually manoeuvres the concrete hose to precisely place the concrete into the desired pouring area. Depending on the length of concrete delivery pipeline or hoses required for the pour, more than one Line Hand may be required to help manoeuvre the material delivery pipeline or hoses
- Mobile Concrete Line Pumps are offered in both low pressure and high-pressure models
- A low-pressure line pump is typically used for shotcrete, block fill walls, landscape works and conventional residential applications
- A high-pressure line pump is typically used for pumping long distances, pumping up high-rise buildings and where high output is required
Mobile Concrete Boom Pump
- Mobile concrete boom pumps are truck mounted concrete pumps with an articulating placing boom attached to the truck. Concrete is pumped through the placing boom which can articulate over obstacles, underneath obstructions, up buildings or down into large foundations
- Mobile concrete boom pumps have outriggers that extend out and down to support the load of the extended placing boom
- Mobile concrete boom pumps typically have 3 to 5 boom sections depending on the size and configuration of the placing boom
- Mobile concrete boom pumps generally have greater output rates than concrete line pumps, can generally pump harsher concrete mixes than concrete line pumps and are generally less labour intensive than concrete line pumps
- The placing boom and pump is controlled by the concrete pump operator with a radio remote control and the Line hand precisely places the concrete into the desired pouring area
- For some concrete pours, additional pipeline or hoses may have to be attached to the end of the placing boom and arranged on the ground to reach the pour
- We operate a fleet of mobile concrete boom pumps ranging in sizes from 17m to 61m
- As the size of mobile concrete boom pump increases, the size required for a setup area is increased
- Mobile concrete boom pumps are available in Z-fold or Roll and Fold placing boom configurations
